***This service is for solo entrepreneurs and small businesses with <50 employees.*** Most solo practitioners and small business owners are already working hard. The missing piece is rarely more effort. It is a clear strategy that connects what you are doing every day to the results that actually matter to your business and your life. The Strategy Assessment for Small Business is a focused, 90-minute working session built around your business. Not a generic framework. Not a checklist someone else used. A real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what is getting in the way. Here is what you get: A 90-minute video intake session where we go deep on your business, your clients, your goals, and your constraints. A written 90-day strategy guide delivered after our session, built specifically for your business and executable entirely on your own. A 30-minute follow-up call to walk through the guide together. The guide is yours to keep. No ongoing commitment required. Investment: $325, paid in full at booking. After booking you will receive a short welcome guide with everything you need to show up ready.
Cancellation Policy
The Strategy Assessment fee of $325 is non-refundable except as outlined below. This policy reflects the preparation time dedicated to each session and the opportunity cost of reserving that time exclusively for your engagement. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so by emailing charlie@mccarthygroupllc.com. Reschedule requests received more than one full business day before your session will be accommodated at no charge with no limit on reschedules. Cancellations received more than one full business day before your session with no intent to reschedule will receive a 50% refund of $162.50. Reschedule requests received with less than one full business day's notice will be accommodated subject to a $25 short notice rescheduling fee. Cancellations received with less than one full business day's notice with no intent to reschedule are non-refundable. The full session fee is forfeited.
